My car started, now it won't.

I got the car started and it died like ten seconds later. Then I slapped the headlights on and now it won't even crank up. The wiring is good since it started the first time, I have a new battery that's fully charged, all the fluids are good, and there are no red lights on the dash like there should be (I think).
