I don't feel little if I'm not following a routine. I use find every day to create and check off goals. I don't use repeating goals, each day is customized.
Every morning I wake up and think about what I need to do while I'm having breakfast. I dash for the breakfast rush, then take a break and have a snack. I look at the plan again and cross off the things I've gotten done. Then I dash for the lunch rush. The rest of the day is tough because I start getting tired at that point, but I'm pulling away from mindless tasks that fill time and don't leave me feeling fulfilled. Sometimes it's ok to have a bleh day. But feeling fulfilled helps me feel like I have a purpose, otherwise I'm not motivated to do anything.
How do you structure your day? Or do you need to? I'm curious 🤔
