Has there been any incidents of cheaters on xbox before?

Was playing some ranked and managed to down a toga, and she got instant revived, and had shield I had to break when she got back up. I managed to down her again, and finish her off thanks to a PU, but then died. An her team was a Denki/Compress and they revived her immediately after and she alrrady had 39% PC bar progress. I wish I'd have clipped it but it all makes zero sense. The insta res, the shield, the PC progress. So I thought I'd just ask? Thanks!
