Did hackers make it into xbox servers?

Was playing for my dailies and started a match in landslide zone, went to rescue acivilian and it didn't work, so I assumed it was the bug yet it happened again, 4 times in fact before I gave up. I then opened a gold chest but couldn't use the level up card I received and lastly my teammates pinged the enemies and this happened. Bugged match, or a hacker somewhere in the lobby?
