Active Agencies for Casual Players?

I'm in an agency now, but all but one player has been active in the past 30 days. I'm a pretty casual player and not really into ranked play. I have quite a bit of agency points saved up right now and would rather put them towards an agency where I'm not the only one contributing and others can actually benefit.
