What's with the bot lobbies?

There's definitely something wrong with the matchmaking system. There's no way in hell on a Saturday, on the most populated console (PS5/PS4) i cant find a lobby without bots loading in. This happened on the switch ver after I got to around mid 20 lvls, and now on PS5 same thing. Anyone else experiencing this ?
