Need help fleshing out a quirk...usually I do research and try to apply physics and science to my quirks but this quirk relates to an area of science I have troubles with.

Momentum - The quirk allows the user to absorb the momentum from any given object in motion, stockpiling it to a certain degree. They can then apply the exact momentum of that object to their body, regardless of mass and velocity their body or body part will move with the same momentum as the object they absorbed it from. The change is instant and requires much forethought and planning before use since the sudden change is almost impossible to react to.

Basically help me work out the science of what this quirk means in the grand scheme of things. Like would it boost speed, attack power, etc.
