Appearance: Shizu is a taller male, coming in at about 5'11" and weighting 180lb. His short scruffy hair is brown and his face has a small amount of stubble on it. His eyes look tired with rings under them and the color of his eyes are a soft somewhat dull violet. His skin is pale and his body type looks a bit weak with no defined muscle mass. His regular clothes consist of a simple brown jacket, dress shirt and tie, and dress pants and shoes. All in all he looks like a somewhat somber man who needs some sleep.

Quirk: Stockholm - When Shizu initiates unbroken eye contact with a person for 1 minute his quirk activates. That person will then feel an unbreakable sense of comfort, trust, and closeness to Shizu until he avoids contact with the affected person for 1 day. Meaning that anyone who's under the affects of his quirk will see him as a loyal friend who they will trust and listen to unconditionally, so long as he stay close to the affected at all times since the longer he's away from the the weaker the affect will get till it breaks fully.

Quirk Downsides: Shizu has no tell when this happens meaning he could activate his quirk accidentally on someone and likely never know. This quirk also causes the user to experience insomnia if the quirk is currently affecting someone. Likely a part of the quirk meant to help keep the affected from being released from the effect. The more people under the users control the more intense the insomnia.

Villain Outfit: A pair of one way glass goggles, a long coat, and business causal wear underneath.

Personality: Shizu is very quiet and soft spoken. Acting extremely jittery and paranoid all the time. He spends most his time away from people and prefers to just be left alone most times. However he shows a very affectionate and caring side to those affected by his quirk, always trying to keep them out of harms way and always trying to break his affect on them. Lastly he's willing to take a hit, a bullet, or a fall for mostly anyone who shows any level of kindness to him.

Backstory: Born into a large family with many brothers and sisters Shizu understood loneliness from a very young age as he was always ignored or pushed aside by his siblings. Even his mother and father paid him no mind as he was just another mouth to feed. Eventually the two parents split up, the divorce making the lives of the children even harder. Those who were put in the fathers care got put up for adoptions...Shizu was one of those children.

When he was sent off his quirk manifested and he thought he'd found true happiness there in the adoption agency as so many of the other kids and caretakers seemed to care about him and befriend him. But one day when he went away to visit a new family he returned to a place where everyone ignored him and treated him like an outcast. Eventually he learned it was his quirk and from that day on he would never trust any friendship or relationship he had because what if the only reason they acted so kind to him was because of his quirk? That was his thoughts on the matter and it didn't help that over time people called him evil and a villain because of his quirk, constantly accusing him of using his quirk on them to manipulate them.

Eventually a member of the league of villains sought him out and recruited the broken and miserable man, giving him some sense of purpose and belonging even if it came from a group of evil psychopaths. He finally felt like he belonged even if it was with the wrong people. Still he refused to use his quirk for them on a number of occasions, having some decency and kindness still left in him.
