Quirk: Obleck - This quirk allows the user to alter the physical state of any animate or inanimate objects to give them the properties of a Non-Newtonian Fluid for 5 minutes. Living things effected by this quirk retain damage delt to them in this state but like the Quirk Meatball they revert back to their humanoid form once the time limit is up. Inanimate objects however do not revert back to their original shape once the time limit is up. The effected object or creature retains their normal density, weight, hardness, and tensile strength meaning if one where to sink into concrete effected by this quirk then pulling oneself free would be like trying to pull free from concrete that has hardened around them naturally.

Quirk Side Effects: Using this quirk causes minor lethargy and general exhaustion. The user is also not immune to the effects of their own quirk and prolonged use will cause the Quirk to begin effecting the users body of the 5 minute limit is pushed.

Equipment/Outfit: User carries vials of varying materials such as steel, rubber, glass, quartz, and other such materials. Which they utilize in tandem with their quirk for varying effects. Their uniform consists of a reinforced lab outfit, surgical mask, surgical gloves, and goggles.

Backstory: Under Development.

Ultimate Move: State of Matter - The user pushes the range of their quirk to the limit effecting the ground in a 20ftx20ft square that goes down 60ft. Basically causing their opponents to sink through the earth burying them alive and trapping them in the ground.
