Hi guys! Just started watching MHA recently and it's awesome! I just finished season 5 and I've been wondering something. When a user of One For All passes it on and uses up the embers, are they still able to use their original quirk? When All For Ones brother was given the stockpiling quirk, it was able to be transferred due to it merging with is original, unknown quirk. Does One For All merge with each new users quirk and then get removed when it's transfered and the embers burn out? Or would the user still have their first quirk?

All Might is the only one I've seen so far with his embers confirmed to be gone but he never had a quirk originally so it doesn't help.I know Bakugo briefly gets it Heroes Rising but the transfer didn't stick and it's not canon. So, is this ever explained? Does anyone have an answer with evidence to support it?
