Buffering Issues

Often, movies on my smart TV and my laptop have a lot of issues streaming on this site. Things like Hulu and Netflix work fine. I have tried pausing for a while, as well as restarting my modem. It does not matter how popular or unpopular the film is, most have issues. Any suggestions or are the servers just too overloaded these days?
