Need a Third Char for Spidey/Frank

I'm using a team of Spider Man and Frank West b/c of their good synergy, i need a close otg so i can go relaunch with frank for more EXP, and to get the otg--> web throw for spidey. I had wesker, but i feel "dirty" playing him, I thought of an idea of Arthur (Fire Bottle), can some one tell me if tht works for space control and a consistent OTG? if not please give me the next best option.
Also an assist which could help create an UWT throw reset set up would be great!
