06 Mustang gt sat for a year, what should I look for before buying?

Hey everyone, I found a good deal on a mustang a couple hours out from me. Set up a meeting time and everything, going out there tomorrow. Today though they informed me that its been sitting for over a year and the inspection is well up.

I was wondering if there was anything specific I should make sure to check on the car, just for that year in general and due to it sitting for so long. I’d have my mechanic check it out first, but its too far away.

Or, if sitting for a year doesn’t mean anything and I’m just being paranoid.
