Brand new mustang brakes are squeaking?

I just got my 22' EcoBoost last month and my brakes as of last week have been squeaking. I read up that it's normal because the brakes are basically breaking in? Is it normal or should I bring it to my dealer for inspection? *Note: It has 1,200 miles on it right now.
