Post Body

As per title, I have a 2003 Dark shadow gray GT, decent condition, 92 K miles, only 30k of which Input on my own. Bought it in 2013 overpriced because I was sold on the Magnaflow exhaust note. It had always passed inspection in New Jersey although I did have have to keep fixing the O2 sensors which strangely kept breaking. Moving to PA in 2021, where mechanical inspection on was needed and now did not pass. Was made aware that my K members/frame are rusted through on both sides. Haven't found a body shop who would take it because " Sorry bro, too much work for what the car is worth" reasons by 4/4 body shops. It has now been sitting in my garage for the last 3 years undriven because I couldn't come up with the money to buy new headers and fix the exhaust, as well as no one willing to do the frame welding/repair. I still love her but I'm really having doubts on what to do. I need help with your sage advice fellow modern classic 'Stangers. Thank you very much.

Edit: Shock towers not K members
