Paint defect on new 401a

I just noticed this and unfortunately didn’t see it when I bought the car. Nor did they when they brought it over from another dealer and inspected it.
I am probably going to ask them for a new unit. Curious how repairable this is with professional touch up? I’m reluctant to accept that since I bought a new car.
