Help finding a part

So i just got a 2016 ecoboost premium. Few minor issues, all easy to fix. Biggest issue I’m running into is i can’t find the part number or a replacement for the spare tire cover in the trunk. Can anyone with more experience lend an assist? Please and thank you ❤️
