I'm running into the classic argument of "This car is rough but worth more finished, this car is closer to complete and will be driveable almost immediately"
Since everyone has an opinion, i wanted to get reddit's! Keep in mind, i'm not going for full concours restoration, but more DIY fun driver that i want to look nice in the end.
