23k for a 2015 manual ecoboost premium with 17.2k miles, is this a good year/ deal?

Right that's why I love it and it's manual

It's one of the reasons I'm so fascinated by this one, haven't seem another green one out there and it looks so good!

Ah right sorry forgot I actually CAN afford an additional 20k and a few extra hundred every month for insurance alone

Well currently can't afford a v8 version otherwise I'd absolutely go for a gt, plus insurance on that would be ridiculous for me so that's step two.

Alright I'll double check that, I saw in the carfax there was a recall on the door latch that got addressed

Alright no I appreciate it a lot, I'm trying to get as much info as I can before I buy one. So I appreciate the feedback!

Oh that's a pretty decent point alright I really appreciate that thank you

Oh yea I mean ideally I want a Shelby but that's a fever dream at best for now, an ecoboost has all the fun bits for a better price. I'll definitely post when I get whatever I end up finding, but absolutely has to be a manual I want to learn how to drive with one haha

Hm alright sounds like I need to do more research into reliability factors Thank-you

If it was just sticker price that wouldn't be an issue I could save up for that, but heres the main points of why I'm not getting a gt at this point

  • Insurance companies have made it very clear they will charge me out the ass for a gt
  • I'm going to be teaching myself stick in this car so having something less expensive to possibly destroy is less stressful
  • I already don't respect speed limits so having a car that essentially encourages me to not even further could end badly. So less temptation
  • Yhe ecoboost is better for gas which is the main reason for why I'm switching
  • The ecoboost is litteraly the exact same car with difference performance parts and engine so not losing a lot there
  • This is to prove to myself that I can responsibly drive a car like this and maintain it by myself before spending way more
  • I can trade my current car for 20k so that'll cover almost any ecoboost I find, but I'll have to spend a lot more on top for a GT

Yea I keep seeing like 2018s and things for around the same price, I figured I could haggle the guys down to below 18 given I could get a much newer model for the same price essentially. Plus I loved the color haha.

Realistically it's probably better to get a newer model anyways
