Salam guys I need help man. I have been trying so hard to quit watching corn and masterbating but I can’t. I have been doing that since I have been 15 years old I am now 28 years old. Although I am doing ok in one aspect of my life and that is financially. I am failing at everything else. I am out of shape, I still watch corn and can’t stop, I am awkward socially, insecure, and just weak. I really need to change so that I can get married and build a family. Just wanted to share with you guys what I am going through.
