Multiple relapses

I managed for over 2 months with no relapses but in the last 2 weeks i would relapse every few days. It is tiring me and im trying to not relapse. The 2 months I was clean were the first serious try on stopping after almost 3 years of fapping. I relapsed because couldn't control myself after seingslightly revealing content on a plattform i now deleted
