A question concerning dolls

Would it be offensive to give a young Muslim girl a doll with a removable hijab? The little girl wears the hijab, as does the girl's mother. There is a discussion on another sub on this topic. The girl's aunt made it for her, but now is having second thoughts and wants to make sure she doesn't offend. Thoughts?
