bleeding outside of the period time: can I make Salah?

Salaam!
Sorry if this is graphic. I am a new revert and I have some questions. I had a test done in me recently for a health issue I have. A side effect of the testing is that I will bleed on and off for quite some time afterwards. It's been about 10 days since the test and I am still bleeding. Can I make Salah?
