Les Miserables - Broadway - May 12, 2007 - 16.03GB

Hi! I received a folder for Les Misérables- Broadway - May 12, 2007 and I've noticed that the size was too big, so I checked and I saw that it contained folders with the VOBs and smalls, and it also contained 20 RAR files, which I'm assuming contains an MPEG when unzipped.
Should I delete either the VOBs or the RAR files?
I only won't delete it if either:
The master released it in two formats, so both are original.
The MPEG is in HD.
Someone please help me if they know anything about this boot! Thanks!
