I'm looking for a producer who can help with arrangement and mixing. My goal is to make a EP. I know music theory and I know how to make beats with chord progressions, drums and melodies and all but I struggle to arrange and create a full song. I also have no idea how to mix and make the song sound good.

What I can offer are vocals, songwriting and composing a good base for you the producer can turn into a full song.
