Need help!! How to improve acoustic clarity in the room?

Im doing a lot of YouTube research, but I’d like your opinions!!

I’m trying to get as close to that good crispy studio quality recordings with what I have. Obviously it’s a budget setup currently.

I know I can get a foam surround for the mic. The microphone can definitely be upgraded too. I could also purchase diffusers and magic boxes..but I’d be a bit lost where to place them anyways?

How can this current setup could be optimized better?

What would you add to make it better?

I’m open to re-arranging, hanging quilts on the ceilings and walls, anything and everything. I just want to improve my current sound setup and I feel like this room has a lot of potential!
