This has always been one of my favorite songs by The Beatles, it's just such a different tone that you don't hear very often and it sounds so smooth and well.
However, I've always tried to wonder the meaning behind this song. My interpretation is they first state a line referring to someone then the next line is about them.
i.e. First verse reads off as
You tell me that you've got everything you want And your bird can sing But you don't get me, you don't get me
And that pattern of you then I continues throughout the song. What I believe this song is saying is it's a relationship with a guy and a girl but the guy is feeling neglected by his girlfriends rather large ego. She's too impressed with everything she has and she has been everywhere so he can't impress her and all her possessions she has are worth more to her than he is to her. Hence in the the third verse
When your prized possessions start to wear you down Look in my direction, I'll be 'round, I'll be 'round
That is telling me that when your concrete items aren't giving you happiness or are hurting your ego, don't worry I'll be here and my love can make you better because that's what is important. She does come back for his love as he speaks for her to come back again, but in the final verse her ego ultimately gets the better of her and she neglects him again and the song ends with "you can't here me"
That last line made me think, maybe the guitar plays the same tune three times at the end of the song to signify how the same order keeps repeating
I also probably interpreted this wayyy to far as per usual but hey it got me thinking
