Does anyone else use music as a coping mechanism? Whether it's listening to music, writing music, or listening to music while you are writing your music.
I love certain lyrics and how powerful they are. I feel like music could be seen as a gift but for other people it can be an annoyance. But I don't really care what people say. I just care about the lyrics and what they mean to me.
There was a time when a song could make people think before they do something or say something that they might regret.
There was a time when a song gave people hope. And there was also a time when a song had the power to end a war now I feel like a lot of songs just cause fights and drama for no reason.
If only people just went back to the roots of good music. Not this music that just sounds like you are bragging about the money you barely worked for or some other stupid bs that no one can relate to.
Imo music should sound inspirational and have a deep meaning behind the lyrics. The other crap just sounds like rant music and mumble mumble.
