Hello everyone. I am hoping to grow mushrooms (Golden teacher) to use to treat my mental health conditions that stem from my ASD. I am posting this on here because i have so many questions and i am struggling to find answers to them online. i have purchased a grow kit and a spore syringe but i am unsure what to do with them, there are many videos online but they all confuse me very much. Could anyone please share advice with me as it is my first time and i want to keep everything safe as i am aware that growing mushrooms can be quite dangerous if not done correctly. I can post a picture of the grow kit i have bought when it arrives but until then does anyone have any tips or advice on how to grow mushrooms and how to keep safe while doing it?
