Yeah I shook at 30% and then it colonized, then this first pic is after I shook when I was gonna spawn. Got told on another social different answers. I'm good to go then??

I tried to google or YouTube spawning a grain jar and for some reason couldn't find any videos or pics of post shake grain jar. I expected it to have more myc after the shake :/ that's why I'm like is this normal or should I let it recolonize
Oh yeah they are so bad for your nails maybe when i make a solid income I'll do some rejuvenation or something so my natural nails can grow out but these help my confidence for now lol
