I've been making grain spawn with popcorn grains for a short while now, but am curious to know if anyone here has made sawdust spawn (possibly supplemented like a masters mix) and have relatively equal results?
I'm talking lions mane, elm oyster, wine caps - gourmet mostly. Even if you've done this with actives too, I'd like to know!
I ask mainly because I've gone through my supply of grain for now, but still have plenty of sawdust to work with.
