I'm having some issues getting my blue oysters to fruit. The mycelium I had was strong and aggressive, colonizing rather quickly. They are set up in a martha that is constantly 90% humidity. I have an intake fan, but no exhaust fan as I have no way to vent to the outdoors currently. I do open the the fruiting chamber multiple times a day to expel excess co2. The temps do fluctuate a bit, but never exceed 75f.
I have two bags that have been in there for about two weeks now, and no signs of pinning. Just a couple days ago, I used a fork to scrape the mycelium to possibly initiate pinning, but the mycelium just grew back over it and no pins have shown.
I have multiple bags of lions mane in the same chamber that are fruiting just fine.
Not sure what's going on here. Any tips?
