I'm dipping my toe into growing mushrooms, and so decided to start with pink oysters as I read they are easier relative to most other mushroom varieties. They were growing really well the first couple of weeks, it appeared, but now they are starting to yellow and they've been curling inwards at the top, which I'm not sure is normal either. Are these things a cause for concern? If so, what do I need to adjust to have a better chance of success on next try at growing them?
