Post Body

Good news is I’m really good at growing trich. Bad news is, I’m not trying to. I’ve tried two monotubs now and lost both of them. Both times the grain has been fully colonized with no visible signs, substrate came pre pasteurized from north spore, etc.

Second time I did everything in a still air tent, and still ended up with mold. I’ve seen videos with better results being less careful than I’ve been. What gives?

Is too much moisture causing trich to grow? The lid of my tubs both times have had heavy condensation, and I’ve been sealing off all the holes with masking tape while the substrate colonizes. Should I just be using filter patches/micro pore tape?

This is getting real old, and I’m about to go strictly back to all in one bags if this next one does the same. Doing my own CVG this time, hoping to get something better.
