Exercice intolerance

Hello,
It's been 4 years that I have twitchs absolutely everywhere following a burnout.
Compared to my life before, I find that my muscles get tired more quickly than before (but it's subjective), especially I have contractures more often, muscle pains, etc.
I would like to resume sport and I had some questions.
Have you felt any improvement? In particular, did this intolerance to effort seem to be lessened?
