See my post in r/BFS. I am grateful for all of the support from this community. Attaching a video of my tongue twitching here. As you can see, it twitches completely on its own just like any other muscle and it’s normal for BFS according to my neuro. I found that it’s triggered by extreme stress, alcohol, and exhaustion.
