I have vacillated back and forth on this. I am hoping that someone can share with me any thing that can shed light on this question. I begin to ask this question when I was reading an older news story from FitsNews that pointed out PM was shot in the head and the arm as well, suggesting he may have been facing his murderer/defensive wound. This made me wonder and since we have so much less information about MM death, I began to wonder why I assumed that it all happened at relatively the same time within a few moments so to speak. Now I am not so sure. In at least one article I remember reading it was suggested that potential manipulation of the crime scene could have taken place. That was months ago and I'm not sure if that's been completely debunked or if it is been verified.
