Travel tomorrow?

Hey everyone.
I have a travel scheduled for tomorrow- a work trip to Duisburg. I had already booked a train ticket from DB website. As I see the schedule now, the train I had booked shows "stop cancelled" and "trip not possible". My question is, how would I go ahead with this? Can I travel with any other train or do I have to forfeit the ticket? Will I get a refund or only a rescheduling of the trip?
This is my first time using DB. Please advise.
