So me and 2 friends were playing his version of Munchkin Pirate Booty. I was at level 9, and didn't get a monster when I kicked down the door, but instead decided to go looking for trouble and played the Liopleurodon.

1. since I had a ship that was 4 with a 2 enhancement, and the bonus of Liopleurodon puts the ship bonus at 12 for doubling it. I also played 2 cards out of my hand with my armor to put me at 26 combat strength.

2. Then my friend to stop me threw down Davy Jones (as they are both undead) to bring the monster combat strength to 38 total versus my 26.

3. I combatted with the card that triples ship power which in my mind is in addition to the DOUBLES from the Liopleurodon. Which would put my SHIP as 36, putting me at 50 versus the monsters 38.

4. My friend argued that you shouldn't be able to double AND triple the ships power because that was too powerful. I said I couldn't see why they wouldn't combine, especially since that exact combination is so difficult to obtain.

TL;DR: Is the ships double bonus from Liopleurodon and the ships triple bonus combine to a 6x bonus or not?
