There lot of gags to consider. There are lot of gag to choose from. Ball gags big and small. Different kind of tapes like electric, pvc, microfoam or classic duct tape. A lot of leather gags like panel and muzzle gags. Lot of different DIY gags and conttraptions. And then you need to consider a hood or mummification on top of the gag and you cant forget mouth stuffing.

IMO top three gag I would like to use are a huge ball gag and microfoam wrap or stuffing and tigth electric/pvc tape gag wrap or panel gag with huge ball. Use hood if practcal if not then blindfold or mumification on top.
