Is nausea a sign of a relapse?

Post Body

For the past few weeks I would say I have been more stressed than usual and I have noticed that my limbs are going in and out of being numb. Usually the numbness doesn’t last long but I do have pins and needles just out of no where. Then as of yesterday, I’ve had extreme nausea and slight issues balancing, with some brain fogginess too. Has anyone else felt like this before and could it be a relapse? Also any suggestions for nausea?
