Hello, I have been struggling the past 3 years to push myself and to help work on my strength in my legs. I have been working really hard the past few weeks. I have been using a recumbent bike. It doesn’t irritate my back more than anything else does. I am up to 1 hour a day. I have also been using some resistance band to help work on my arms. I am looking to see if anyone else is in the same boat ? Anyone want to help motivate each other?

Thank you! I have always stayed away from yoga but I am willing to try anything at this point. I will have to look into it.

I love that idea! I spend most of my time alone so I would have to make an online buddy to compete with. I have struggled my whole life with my weight. But something clicked in me recently. I have been working on getting my strength up and pushing myself and it feels really good. Which pushes me to do more.

I would love that! I have been focusing on my legs but I really want to work on my upper body strength as well.
