For those of you who don’t know what the diet is https://overcomingms.org
I’ve been on it since the beginning of this year (confirmed diagnosis November of last year) and although I’ve lost a lot of weight and I look/feel great (even if I do say so myself) my neurologist was very non committal in endorsing this path and even went as far to say there isn’t any real evidence to suggest it works and wouldn’t recommend giving up certain food groups.
Just wondering if anyone in the community was following the diet, and have been doing it for longer than I have, could you please share your thoughts on whether you think it’s worth it or not?
Glad youre feeling good, that's HUGE! I tried it and felt sickly and weak. Turns out eating meat really helps my energy levels, but I kept the no dairy and no gluten which helped! I do the double pronged approach too, Kesimpta and trying to eat healthy!
