Pros and cons of Kesimpta from people that have taken it?
I love it! Thankfully I haven't experienced hair loss like another commenter.
Pros: easy, doesn't require all the premeds that ocrevus does, for me the risks were much lower than Gilenya (my previous drug), ships to my door, strong and top of market drug, and NO NEW LESIONS! It's the only drug that has ever given me stable MRIs.
Cons: the first dose gives intense flu symptoms and chills (then it totally calms down and no issues for me after!). I do have a "crap gap" similar to what Ocrevus users report, but shorter time frame. It started more in my second year of using it, but I get a lot of fatigue the week before my next dose, then tired half of the next day. (I take it at night which works well for me because I just go to sleep.)
Overall I highly recommend it. It's strong, it works, it's easy, and it has less dangerous side effects than a lot of other drugs. Good luck OP!
