The fatigue just before my period is unreal

For about a week before my period I get extremely fatigued. I can barely make it through a workday even with stimulant meds. It’s so annoying. I went sailing yesterday and I came home and climbed in bed. I dozed on and off for hours before throwing in the towel at ten and got ready for bed. I’m still in bed 10hrs later. It makes it so hard to get even basic things done. What if anything helps you if you have this problem?
