Been in remission for almost 3 years. I went through the Mavenclad treatment and been off of it for a year now. I am scared…

What does that mean? My neurologist said that I should be looking out for symptoms like vision loss and absolute numbness in my limbs and whatnot. I am terrified at this point. My depression and anxiety keep getting worse, I am unable to go on with my life and I see no future for myself with this disease 😔
