BETAFLIGHT HELP

I hate betaflight right now!! Im working on my first build and I cannot connect to betaflight! I have a mamba f722 full stack not mini. when I connect to my PC I get the comm3 port or comm4. When I press connect it fails. Then the blue light on my FC turns off and I'm left with a solid red light. I've looked up hours of videos on youtube even Joshua Bardwells videos and I cant figure this out. Im running windows 10 ive downloaded all the driver things betaflight has. I cant get zadig to read my FC. please someone help.
