Flight time for a 525mah Battery.

I have a geprc cygnet-2 that I am currently flying with 2.5 inch props and a caddx vista. It runs a mamba stack.
I have 4, 525mah RDQ packs that don’t even have 10 flights through them, yet they all only seem to give me about a minute of flight time before they sag miserably and stay around 3.5-3.7 volts.
This seems short to me, but I’m no expert. Can anyone chime in with their opinion or experience?
