Xbox issues even after patch? Help?

Is anyone else on series x/s still having problems with this game? Said they fixed performance issues but now things are even worse, I have noticed I haven't crashed or disconnected from games nearly as much but I'm on series x and the game literally runs at like 30fps.... There's no excuse for it, even more graphically complex games run at a solid 120fps, I'm about to just switch to PC XD
