Anyone had this crossplay problem? (Pc-Ps5)

I just can't play with my friend, i'm on pc and he's on PS5, whenever we start a game i or he get disconected for "connection error" and then sent back to the lobby, we've been trying to play since the first day and didnt even get to play 1 game.
